Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Builtfox website and app, operated by Ownnox ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Builtfox on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
1. The service
Builtfox is an online platform for managing construction, renovation and design projects — documents, invoices, budgets, tasks, schedules, site reports and communication with clients and suppliers. We may improve, change or discontinue features over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate details and keep your sign-in method and two-factor device secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the team members and clients you invite. Tell us promptly at office@ownnox.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Trial, plans and payment
New businesses get a free 14-day trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan at the prices shown when you subscribe. Fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, and may change with 30 days' notice. If payment fails we may suspend the account after notice.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the data and files you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display them only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to upload that content, including personal data about your clients, suppliers and workers, and for complying with the laws that apply to it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe others' rights through the service;
- upload malware or try to access other businesses' data or our systems without permission;
- overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service;
- resell the service without our written agreement.
6. AI features and automatic reading
Builtfox reads documents and summarises meetings automatically. These results can contain mistakes and are offered as assistance only. You remain responsible for checking amounts, dates and payment decisions before relying on them. Builtfox does not provide legal, tax, engineering or financial advice.
7. Third-party services
If you connect services such as Google, Microsoft, Dropbox, Zoom or Monday, your use of them is also governed by their terms. We are not responsible for those services.
8. Availability
We work to keep Builtfox available and backed up, but the service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance will be announced when possible.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending the service
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. After closure you can request an export of your data within 30 days; we then delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.
12. Changes and law
We may update these terms; for significant changes we will notify account owners by email at least 14 days in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law where you live provides otherwise.
